Overview

Forty Four West Bay aims to be a sanctuary for its guests offering luxurious apartments and facilities with all the modern comforts of home where they can relax and unwind in the middle of a busy city while still being close to all the modern conveniences of West Bay. With a built-up area of 60,797sqm, the 44 West Bay Residential Tower comprised a 323-slot car parking located in two basement floors; a ground floor entailing main and private entrances, a lounge, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a cafeteria, and a multi-purpose hall; a mezzanine accommodating electromechanical services; 44 residential floors hosting 168 flats and 4 duplex units; and 4 roof floors devoted to overhead tanks, lifts machine rooms, and additional electromechanical services. The high-rise tower was also served by a 34-slot above-ground car parking.
