Overview
The tower consists of three masses, a podium of two levels housing retail space and food facilities, a "horizontal tower" with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and a vertical tower with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. A grid of 60 cm ensures the geometrical balance between these masses and the horizontality and verticality of the structure.
